I work as an integrative therapist incorporating many different theoretical approaches. Areas which can be covered in therapy include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, feeling lost and hopeless, bereavement, loss, work/job related issues, family issues, overwhelming stress, loneliness, self harm, low self esteem, abuse, and relationship difficulties. My primary goal is that you feel listened to and supported whilst being able to explore matters that may be affecting your mental wellbeing. Therapy provides a safe space to talk about and explore personal difficulties, with a view to helping you to resolve those difficulties over time.
