Supporting people into a place of wholeness is a passion of mine. I am fascinated by the way we are all special, unique and wonderfully made. I have spent several years on a journey of self discovery and transformation. I now support others in exploring their own territory. I like to work alongside people on whatever is in the way of them fulfilling their potential.Relationship is at the heart of everything I do and essentially, for me, therapy is a relationship where we work together to find some answers to life's difficulties.

I have worked with people in a variety of settings for 30 years. Much of my recent experience in counselling has been in baby loss, anxiety, low self esteem and sexual abuse trauma, however, i am happy to work alongside anyone who wants to see personal growth in issues they are struggling with. I am also experienced as a youth pastor as well as a youth and student worker. As a result of my desire to support young adults I offer a 25% discount to University and college students.
