I'm a counsellor on an Accredited Register, which has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I trained in mixed methodologies and have a deep interest in working inter-personally to welcome everything a person needs to bring to therapy.

Particular areas of focus are mood and emotional issues, relationships, development and adversity, identity, choices, feelings around work, diagnosis or society, repeating patterns in life, stress, change and recovery.

Aside from working privately, I have volunteered for Simply Counselling in Plymouth, working with carers and survivors of domestic abuse. I volunteer for Bounce!Brighter Futures in Tiverton, mainly with parents, and I am registered with the Free Psychotherapy Network.
